NEW FEATURES

✅ My Ark Improvements

Thank you! Many of you are using it, and it is our duty to improve it!

  • My Ark shipping requests are now translated! The translation is based on the current language of the site. If you have chosen English and click on "Send my figures", the delivery method selection page will be in English. This improvement ensures a smoother and more enjoyable experience.
  • Better display of items available pending payment: They will now appear at the bottom of the "Ready to Ship" column, allowing for smoother and easier management of your items.
  • You can now choose which items to send and which items to leave in your My Ark via checkboxes and quantity selectors! Ideal if you have items you wish to keep or send to another address (gifts for friends or others...)

  • Be notified as soon as an item in your My Ark is back in stock! By checking the box "Be alerted as soon as an item is back in stock", you will receive an email as soon as an item is ready to be shipped! Very useful if you are waiting for an item to be available to send a batch.

 

✅ Translation Improvements.

Following numerous feedback on the inconsistency of our translations, we decided to take matters into our own hands.

  • Replacement of our current translation application with a proprietary application dedicated to our store. This change will allow us to improve our translations as we see fit, following your recommendations and feedback.
  • The cart comments for pre-order items are now more complete and correctly translated.

  • Translation preferences are now retained. You can leave our store and return later. Your language and currency preferences will be saved. No need to reselect your language on each visit!
  • Translations of back-in-stock emails. If you requested to be notified of a product's return in stock, you will now receive an email translated in the language chosen at the time of registration. If the store was in English at the time of selection, your email will be sent in English.

✅ Improvement of our pre-orders.

  • The arrival date tags, the "Pre-Order" banner, and the pre-order method selector now display in the search tab. This smooths the experience and avoids confusion about whether an item is in stock or on pre-order.

  • When a product goes in stock, a selector could remain displayed with an "In Stock" option and a "Deposit" option. This bug will be removed from all new pre-order items going in stock.

  • All new pre-order items will now share the same stock, whether you choose a Transforverse.eu Guarantee pre-order or Deposit. Reducing (rare) delayed orders due to stock errors, as well as a bug where one of the two pre-order methods was available while the other was not.
  • You can now settle the remaining balance of a pre-order by Deposit yourself before or after the automatic payment if it has failed or if you have changed your payment method in the meantime. No need for customer service intervention. You just need to go to the order in question on your account and click on "Pay the remaining balance".

✅ Improvement of customer accounts and the newsletter!

Following your feedback and recommendations:

  • 📨 IMPORTANT! Addition of new newsletters and email notification settings and TRANSLATIONS in ALL LANGUAGES of notifications! You can now choose and customize your email notifications as you wish. Choose your preferred communication language from our 18 languages.
  • Choose to be notified as soon as a release (pre-order or arrival) is available from your favorite brands! Check as many brands as you want among Hasbro, Takara Tomy, Yolopark... And receive emails instantly after the addition of an arrival or a pre-order. Never miss the item you were waiting for!
  • The "weekly news" allows you to stay informed every week about arrivals, pre-orders, events, updates, contests, and other information related to the store. A simple notification, allowing you to stay updated regularly without receiving 20 emails a month.
  • Store updates are not removable; we must keep you informed of store updates like this one.

  • Added navigation in customer accounts, quickly switch from your orders, to your addresses, to your My Ark and notification settings.
  • Added product photos of items contained in the order. Allowing for easier and more intuitive navigation between all your orders.

 

🛠️ TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS & IMPROVEMENTS

👉 The transition of an item from the "Pre-order" tab to the "Ready to Ship" tab in My Ark could be inconsistent depending on the chosen language. Forcing some users to use My Ark in French to send their figures. Resolved.

👉 Some products in your My Ark that you decide to delete could remain present. Resolved.

👉 Wishlist not working in all languages. Resolved.

👉 Some newly added products could remain untranslated for more than 3 hours. Translation now occurs within 2 minutes for added products.

Thank you again for your support, we know that other fixes need to be implemented (loyalty system, minor issues with relay point selection, etc...) and we already have a good list of improvements for version 2.7!
