ARTICLE 21 - CONCERNING TAKARA TOMY PRODUCTS AND OTHER NON-CE CERTIFIED PRODUCTS
The online store Transforverse.eu may offer its customers non-CE certified products. These products are considered collectible toys and should not be used by individuals under 15 years of age. The online store Transforverse.eu is committed to notifying customers about products that do not meet CE standards. Various warning messages will be visible on the product pages of the affected products. Stickers indicating the prohibition of use for those under 15 years of age will also be affixed to the packaging of the different products that are not CE certified.
Transforverse.eu as an importer commits to comply with the above legal conditions. The customer being informed, Transforverse.eu shall not be held responsible in any case if damage is caused by any of these products.
