Our return policy lasts 20 days. If more than 20 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
In case of approval, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within the following days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.
Contact the issuing company of your credit card, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank next. The accounting of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you would like to replace your item with an identical item, please send us an email at contact@transforverse.eu
The shipping costs related to the return of your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted.
The delivery time for the exchanged product may vary depending on your place of residence.
We do not guarantee the receipt of the returned item.
