You can find out the estimated arrival date of your pre-order right now
Each pre-ordered item has a label at the top left of its photos with XX/XXXX. This corresponds to the estimated arrival month followed by the year.
For example, a label 08/2026 indicates that the estimated availability of the item is August 2026, so your pre-order should be shipped during that month.
⚠️ The Transforverse.eu team does its best to keep the estimated arrival months of pre-orders up to date. Please note that we cannot provide a precise arrival date for pre-orders. This is particularly due to the many incidents that can occur between the posting of a pre-order and its arrival, (manufacturer delays, customs stock blockages, or others....)

Therefore, if your order contains pre-ordered items and items ready to be shipped, our shipping teams will receive the order to ship your order only once all items are available.

Send an email to our team so they can add the order to your My Ark, the initial shipping fees will be refunded to you, and you will then be able to choose to ship your items as soon as they are available.
