Pre-order Policies
How to distinguish the old model from the new pre-order model:
The old pre-order model is distinguished by rectangular buttons with rounded edges in the top right corner of the product, while the new model has a banner in the top right corner.
OLD PRE-ORDER MODEL:
Article 1 :
When preordering on Transforverse.eu, the customer has two options available to them, each governed by different rules outlined below:
- The Transforverse.eu Guaranteed Pre-order stands out from the other method by a single payment as if the product were available. With the Transforverse.eu guaranteed pre-order, the customer only makes one payment and is assured of priority shipping over other pre-orders. The shipping of the pre-ordered product is done within 1 business day following its receipt in our warehouses.
- The deposit pre-order allows the customer to pay only 10% of the final product at the time of the pre-order. The remaining 90% is requested one week before the product is shipped, this same week being the maximum period during which we hold the pre-order for the said customer. If the one-week period is exceeded and no contact from the customer has been recorded by email or Instagram message, Transforverse.eu will have the right to cancel the pre-order without the customer's consent. The full amount paid for this pre-order will be refunded to the customer's original payment method.
Article 2 :
Transforverse.eu reserves the right within 30 days exceeding the product arrival date to cancel the pre-order if the item is no longer available. Transforverse.eu also commits to shipping the pre-ordered products within 1 business day following receipt.
Article 3 :
If the customer wishes, at any time before the shipment of the requested product, they may request the cancellation of their pre-order as well as a refund of the total amount by sending their request via email to: contact@transforverse.eu
Article 4 :
Like all products ordered on Transforverse.eu, the customer can at any time and in accordance with our return policy request the return and refund of the pre-ordered item once it is delivered.
Article 5 :
In the case of an order mixing pre-order and in-stock items, transforverse.eu reserves the right to make only one shipment at the time of receipt of the pre-ordered product. If the customer wishes for these products to be shipped in two shipments (once the order is placed for the in-stock items and another time for the pre-ordered items received by Transforverse.eu), they can send their request via our contact form or directly at contact@transforverse.eu mentioning your order number. Transforverse.eu reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees for shipping an order in multiple shipments.

- The pre-order with a deposit allows the customer to pay only 10% of the final product at the time of the pre-order. The remaining 90% will be automatically charged on the date displayed at checkout

If this deadline is exceeded and the pre-order has been shipped, refund requests will be governed by our return policy
