Thanks to My Ark you can:
- Group several orders together and ship everything at once. This way, you benefit from the fixed shipping rate and save on delivery fees.
- Place preorders and manage their arrival and shipping dates yourself
- Add orders mixing several products in stock or on preorder; you can then ship the available products as you wish. No more blocked orders because a preorder product is delayed!
At checkout, choose the delivery option:
"DO NOT SHIP NOW, and add to My Ark"
Once the order is placed, we will store your products in our warehouse and they will be added to the My Ark dashboard.
As soon as figurines appear in the left column "Ready to be shipped" and are paid for, you can request shipment of these items by clicking the "Send my figurines" button.
You will then be redirected to the cart to choose your delivery method.
Of course! You can add previous orders to My Ark at any time by contacting us via the contact form.
Once your figurines are available and displayed in the "Ready to Ship" tab, you have 90 days to request a shipment. After this period, we will contact you to prevent a cancellation.
By checking this box, we will combine the other available products from your orders that are not in your My Ark with the shipment of your My Ark products.
