➕ WHAT'S NEW
✅ My Ark redesign
- Visual improvements to your interface (dashboard) allowing you to view your available and pre-order items.
- Added a checkbox " Ship my other available figurines". If you have other figurines available outside your My Ark, you can now group them with your My Ark shipment by selecting the checkbox at the bottom left.
- Checkout clarified when requesting shipment of available figurines. Your My Ark items are now displayed with their image.
✅ Product pages and pre-order improvements
- Items in pre-order shown in your cart now display a message indicating their estimated shipping date
- Added a timeline on each pre-order product page to show the progress of arrivals as well as possible delays. You can then check each pre-order product in case of delay and get more information.
- Supplier logo displayed on each product page.
✅ Customer account improvements
- Account tab and display of past orders > Added more precise statuses with :
"In My Ark", for orders added to your My Ark
"Pending (X)", for orders not shipped because waiting for one or more pre-order items, "X" corresponding to the number of items still on pre-order.
- Order tab :
Replaced product names as plain text with a clear product title and image.
Replaced SKU display with STATUS. Allowing the product status to be shown including:
"Ready to be shipped ✅"/" Shipped ✈️"/ "Removed"/
⚠️ The yellow information for pre-orders is either the product's estimated arrival date or the latest update of its arrival status if there is one. You can thus view the latest information on the pre-order arrival.
✅ Revamp of our loyalty system and product reviews
- Methods to earn and redeem points reduced by a factor of 10 for better clarity.
⚠️ Your points balance will soon be divided by 10 so as not to disrupt the system.
- Added translations in the store's main languages (more are being added)
- Added a product rating system via your reviews! Each review lets you earn points, limited to one review per day.
- On every in-stock product, you can now leave your review. To do so, simply scroll to the bottom of the page where you'll find this section:
✅ Revamp of package protection:
- Package protection costs 2€, can be added to each cart and provides the following effects:
- Added hard plastic corner protectors on each external corner of the package
- Added shock-absorbing foam wrap in addition to the usual kraft paper
✅ Visual improvements
- Redesigned product display on the homepage. You now have a "Latest Arrivals" section showing the most recently received products ready to be shipped. And a "Latest Pre-orders" section so you can see the most recently added pre-order products.
🛠️ FIXES & TECHNICAL IMPROVEMENTS
👉 Paypal 4X interest-free stopped working with Guaranteed pre-orders.
👉 Products newly shipped from your My Ark were still visible in "Ready to be shipped"
👉 The DealsNA and Yolopark AMK Mini G1 wave 1 and 2 bundles weren't added to the cart
👉 Reordering of shipping methods to select home delivery by default. Making quick orders easier.
👉 The "Deliver to" field on the checkout page replaced with "Shipping address", avoiding confusion.
👉 Added a warning message when adding new addresses to avoid abbreviations. These can lead to delays or delivery failures with our partners.
👉 Improved the "Time remaining before your order ships" timer, which had some bugs.
