Season 2 of Transformers: Cyberworld begins on August 22! The information was revealed via the official Transformers YouTube channel: the web series that started last year is getting a second season, titled "Energon Surge". For the occasion, Hasbro spoke on the specialized site Screenrant.
Still trapped in a mysterious virtual world, Autobots and Decepticons continue the fight as new threats emerge.
Official Synopsis:
"New wonders and new threats have been unleashed on CYBERWORLD. The Energon Surge takes control, but will it be a source of danger or immense power for those who learn to master it? As new troubles arise, old alliances break. Bumblebee, once cheerful and loyal, finds himself sinking into the depths of despair — still reeling from revelations that have shaken his worldview — his inner turmoil amplified by the spectacular physical transformations he undergoes. Elsewhere, as his leadership is questioned, Optimus Prime must rally his team to uncover the truth behind this strange world before CYBERWORLD tears them apart forever."
