Pre-order policies

Article 1:

By pre-ordering on Transforverse.eu, the customer via the payment method of their choice is assured of delivery of the items ordered within 30 calendar days. Beyond 30 days the full amount of payment including VAT and shipping costs will be refunded. If the customer benefits from any reduction, he will be reimbursed for the amount spent only.

Article 2:

Transforverse.eu reserves the right within 30 days to cancel the pre-order if the item is no longer available. Transforverse.eu also undertakes to ship the pre-ordered products as soon as they receive them.

Article 3:

If the customer wishes and at any time during the 30-day period before full and automatic reimbursement (period which may vary if the product description mentions another date) he may request cancellation of his pre-order as well as its reimbursement by sending us his request by email to: contact@transforverse.eu

Article 4:

Like all products ordered on Transforverse.eu, the customer can at any time and in accordance with our returns policy request the return and refund of the pre-ordered item.

Article 5:

In the event of an order mixing pre-order and items in stock, transforverse.eu reserves the right to make only one shipment upon receipt of the pre-ordered product. If the customer wishes these products to be sent to him in two installments (once the order has been placed and another time the pre-order item received by Transforverse.eu) he can send his request via our contact form or directly to contact@transforverse .eu by mentioning its order number. Transforverse.eu reserves the right to charge additional shipping costs for the order if these are high.
